Processing process
Dried white shrimp is produced from 100% live shrimp. Shrimp are oxygenated to keep alive until processing begins. White shrimp are selected and processed in batches according to the size of the shrimp to ensure uniform ripeness in each shrimp. Using the method of drying in a greenhouse, using solar power, peeling by machine combined with the meticulousness and skill of the worker, each dried white shrimp has a reddish orange color, moderate toughness, sweet taste and not fishy.
Instructions for use
After purchasing, you can eat it raw directly without any preparation. Or if you want to enrich the flavor, you can also combine dried white shrimp with other ingredients to create many delicious dishes, suitable for families.
Storage instructions
-
Under normal temperature conditions
You just need to put the dried shrimp in a vacuum bag or put it in a sealed jar (you can add a desiccant package) and place it in a cool space, avoiding direct sunlight because high temperatures will make the dried shrimp harder. With this method, you can keep white shrimp dry for about 20-30 days.
-
Under storage conditions in the refrigerator
If you need to use dried shrimp often and quickly, you can divide the dried shrimp into small sealed containers and put them in the refrigerator. With this method, you can preserve dried white shrimp for up to 1 year.
-
If stored in the freezer
In case of little use, storing in the freezer is the best way to preserve dried shrimp to keep it delicious for a long time. Shrimp just taken out of the freezer will be firmer than usual, but you only need to defrost dried shrimp for at least 15 minutes and the shrimp can return to its original state. With this method, you can preserve dried white shrimp for up to 2 years.
